Listing content may be supplied through VaultRE, vendors, landlords and other authorised sources. While reasonable care is taken, visitors should make their own enquiries and obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.

Fees and campaign terms

References to sales commission between 2% and 3% + GST and a reduction to between 1% and 1.5% + GST after 30 days are subject to the signed appointment, selected commission tier, agreed campaign conditions, advertising, photography and requirements for the individual property. Investment Management fees and portfolio pricing are confirmed in the relevant management agreement.

External specialists

Introductions to accountants, advisers, funds, trades or other providers do not make their services or advice the responsibility of Focal. Visitors must assess the provider and any advice independently.
