Information we collect

Focal may collect the information you provide through an enquiry, consultation request or property alert, including your name, contact details, property interests and the message you choose to send. Technical analytics may also be collected after the production analytics system is enabled.

How we use it

We use the information to respond to your request, provide relevant property information, manage communications and improve our services. Marketing communication will only be sent where permitted, and each marketing message will provide a practical way to unsubscribe.

VaultRE and service providers

Website enquiries may be securely recorded in Focal’s VaultRE account and processed by providers supporting hosting, email delivery, analytics and property publication. Only the information required for the relevant service should be transferred.

Google Maps

The contact page may load an interactive Google Map to show our office location. When the map loads, Google may receive technical information such as your internet address, browser details and map interactions under Google’s own privacy terms. You can use the written address instead if you prefer not to load the map.

Before production launch

This notice will be reviewed against Focal’s final website providers, data flows and applicable Australian privacy obligations before the domain is switched to the new website.
